Article 17 Articles 1

In this video tutorial, you’ll be learning healthy anger-venting tools. Buy a lightweight baseball bat if you don’t already own one, and beat the hell out of your bed with it. Write uncensored, unedited, angry letters you are not going to send. Scream, curse, swear, rant and vent your anger in the privacy and safety of your own home.

This is cathartic for you, and very healing. If you continue to fear, judge or reject your anger, it’s likely you’ll continue to suffer with anxiety.

Healthy, whole people are like chickens~ we have light parts and dark parts! This means anger and rage are natural, normal parts of every human’s emotional repertoire and personality structure. We must help you learn not to judge, despise or fear this emotion, in order to eliminate anxiety and panic.

You may have been raised by people who only wanted you to have light facets, which means you’ve grown up with only half a personality! This left you with feelings you cannot control or suppress~ and can you guess what these are? Anxiety and Panic, of course!

Anger and rage are the most passionate, enlivening, activating, energizing emotions to which we humans have access. If you keep them buried inside or you kill them off, they turn into depression and anxiety (and often, cancer). Let Your Anger Out in the privacy of your home or car!

Below the surface of anger or rage is always hurt. Anger and rage are essential to our survival. They may become active at times, to save our life! These feelings are part of our normal, human Fight-Or-Flight instinct.

You may have only learned to flee danger as a child and that’s great~ but it may have left you impaired and disempowered as an adult, who might passively accept abuse. So, as often as possible, whenever you’re feeling angry . . .
