Learning how to feel anxiety in your body, while staying completely out of your head is a brand new, vitally important skill you’re learning. Try to be patient with yourself while you're learning how to do this. Practice makes perfect, as is true with learning any new skill.

Historically, the very instant you started feeling bad, you’ve mentally gone searching for “good reasons” to justify why you’re feeling that way, because you’ve harshly judged darker emotions as “wrong,” lifelong. Your anxiety or panic increase exponentially when you engage in this activity, which makes you feel much worse!

Deep-breathe and self-soothe any/all feelings in your body for only two minutes, and stay out of your head! You may refer if you wish, to the mental visualizations suggested in the "Morning Anxiety" video, to help you avoid attaching narratives or mental meaning to your anxiety, or other difficult emotions.

It’s crucial that we learn to endure and tolerate difficult feelings in the body (without any mental processes), and reclaim all these parts of our Self, so anxiety (the ‘surrogate emotion’) has no role to play in our lives anymore!

To recap: When you’re hurting, think of your dark feelings as little animals that have been locked in cages in your basement or cellar without light, warmth, water or food. They all represent parts of the Self you’ve disconnected yourself from.

Imagine letting all those little animals scamper up your basement stairs, and come into the light. Let them breathe. Understand these are merely aspects or dimensions of you, that you either killed off or imprisoned as a child. They all represent vital dimensions of a normal, healthy, human personality. They’ve missed you, and want to find their home inside you again. They may not always feel comfortable, but they’ll help you feel whole and complete, so let’s do our best to accept and make friends with them.

Yay! You’re starting to become whole and well!   Now what?!

Remember, your Subconscious mind has been busily recording and integrating everything you’ve been exposed to here, and it's holding onto it like a steel trap!

As integration of this material is accomplished, you cannot forget it or un-know it. Trust that your Subconscious is working 24/7 (even in your sleep!) to help you learn, grow and recover from anxiety and panic issues!

Very likely, your dreams will become more vivid and memorable. You may recall little moments in time you had as a child. Recalling these experiences or events will feel somewhat remarkable to you, because you hadn’t thought of or remembered them “for ages!” They won’t necessarily be painful~ in fact, some may be pleasurable.

I think of these old, early memories as ‘Snapshots’ of childhood that your conscious mind hasn’t retained before now~ and here’s why. . .

All creatures do whatever they need to, to survive. Children invent imaginary friends due to loneliness, or they try to envision a brighter future to help them endure the pain they’re experiencing in the present.

A child in pain mentally ‘checks out’ or dissociates from unpleasant or painful experiences, in order to get through them. Often, he’ll fast-forward into the future to envision a brighter ‘tomorrow’ and what he may have or own in adulthood, that might seem representational of “happiness” to him.

The trouble with this, is once we reach adulthood, we might feel as unhappy and empty as we did as kids, so it’s hard to imagine a future that effectively distracts us from our pain.

In childhood, our conscious mind sort of takes ‘mini-vacations’ from pain that's physically impractical or impossible for us to escape. Thus, many of our experiences or events aren’t stored in the conscious mind, because it's needing to block or dissociate from whatever pain we're experiencing around that time.

While the conscious mind can easily forget, the Subconscious Mind never does! It records everything it’s exposed to without judgment or discernment, as to whether it's positive or negative. It never loses memory~ which is why under hypnosis, we can recall our earliest life experiences, even if they go all the way back to a pre-verbal age.

Trust your Subconscious to help you heal. This part of you never rests. It produces dreams in our sleep, to help us resolve various challenges or problems. This aspect is always working to help and protect us, and wants what’s best for us! Think of your Subconscious as a best friend

Congratulations! Your anxiety is lessening, and might be almost completely gone. Now start-over at the beginning, and re-view all these videos one-by-one each day over the next three to seven weeks.

Repetition helps intellectual understanding become emotional knowing. You are literally reprogramming yourself out of engaging in faulty habits which have hurt you. This is essential to reaching your Wellness goal, and you should be feeling much closer to it.

With every re-viewing, re-reading this outline as a reference and practicing your 'power tools' daily, you will integrate more, and heal even faster! It takes 21 days to form a new habit or change one, but you need more time to practice and utilize your new tools, so they can begin feeling much more natural to you.

It will likely be a year or more of diligently using your power tools to help them become automatic and reflexive, so you won’t have to consciously focus on them. They’ll start embedding themselves in your conscious and subconscious, and become part of your body’s cellular structure. In short, they will become a vital part of the new, empowered You.

Thank you for allowing me to help you heal yourself.
