Anxiety
Video/Text

Introduction, and Welcome!

Article 1 Articles 1

I would like you to expose yourself to only one video tutorial per day. This is not like reading a novel, or even a self-help book. This material is pretty deep and dense, and should be absorbed in 'small bites,' in order for you to learn effectively and integrate it. IF you speed through this coursework, it's unlikely to yield optimal results~ and we want you to benefit as much as possible from this material.

I myself, have reviewed this course dozens of times, and what I found to be most effective for me, is reading the information below each video first, then listening to and watching each tutorial. You can do this is whichever order you choose that works best for You~ but the idea here, is helping you ingest what we need you to learn on two different platforms: Through the written word, and also through hearing and watching the videos.

I've tried hard to deliver as much congruency between the writings and videos as possible. Still, there might be occasions where you may not feel that one video flows perfectly into the next. I have devoted a great number of hours to circumventing this potential. I may not have been able to pull it off as perfectly as I'd have preferred, because these videos were not recorded in any particular order. It was only in "post-production," this facet of the program could be organized for your greatest benefit.

How to get the most from this course: Maybe, just listen. Some of us are distracted by visual detail, and closing your eyes while you’re listening, may help you “hear” and integrate this information more readily. If you're an artistic or creative person (like me), you're likely more visually oriented than auditory. We can absorb more auditory information when we're not 'watching,' because our mind needs to make its own mental pictures of what we're hearing, to make sense of it. I wrote an article about ADD (for my website), because I've lived with it, and this is just one of those characteristics that people with attention span difficulties encounter.

Do not take notes! Your subconscious mind is a perfect little recording device, but it needs zero distractions (like you writing), in order to ingest and integrate information! Note-taking interferes with this process, deters the subconscious from ‘hearing’ and absorbing new information, and prevents you from learning in the ways we need you to, in order to be successful with ending your anxiety issues. You may listen to these video tutorials as often as you wish, until you are able to solidly retain this information.

You will notice some redundancies as you move through this coursework. These are intentional and deliberately included for your benefit. Repetition is essential to help you learn and retain new concepts, so that you can integrate them on an emotional level.

Once you know something emotionally (as opposed to intellectually) you cannot forget it or un-know it. It is stored in your Wisdom Vault, and becomes an integral part of who you are.

Trust that your subconscious mind is expertly absorbing all that you are being exposed to here. This part of your brain is constantly at work in the background (while you’re doing other stuff, and even during your sleep), to help you digest and integrate every new insight and power tool you’re given here, so you can soon be free of anxiety issues.
